Do I need the Toucan app to use Toucan Connect products?

Nope! We want this to be as simple as possible: It's plug and play, no additional software needed except whatever conference software you're already using.

Can I use the Toucan Connect products with my Mac?

Yes! You should not run into any problems using any Toucan Connect products with any Chromebook, PC, or Mac. They should all run just fine without installing any drivers.

How do I turn on the Conference Speaker or Conference HD?

Simply press and hold the power button on the top of the device after you connect it to power for about 3 seconds.

Does the Conference Speaker automatically power off or go to sleep?

Yes, after a period of disuse the Conference Speaker, Conference HD, and Conference 360 will power off automatically.

Will the Toucan Conference Speaker work on my iPhone, iPad, Android phone, or Android tablet?

Yes! You can connect the Conference Speaker to your mobile device via bluetooth, great for listening to music.
