We will ship your products within 24 to 48 hours of receiving your order. Please note we are closed for all UK public holidays, all orders will be shipped on the next working day. If you do not receive an email from us or receive tracking details within 2 working days after your order please reach out to us immediately and we will help resolve the issue, email: uksupport@toucansolution.com.

If your package is lost, inform us immediately and we’ll look into the case and contact our shipping partner for further investigation.

If your product arrives broken, please reach out to us, take a picture and email us to verify the product shipment. If the product is shown broken in the photos, we will send a replacement right away. Replacements may require an extra 24-48 hours of processing time.

Standard Shipping - UK Orders are sent via Royal Mail tracked 48hr service. 

Express Shipping - UK Orders are sent via Royal Mail tracked 24hr service. Shipments outside of the UK may take longer to arrive, tracking details will be provided for all shipments.
