Returns

You have a 14-day cooling off period. If within 14 days of receiving your item(s) you wish to return the goods, please contact Customer Service at uksupport@toucansolution.com to obtain return information before sending any items to us.

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must not have been used, remain unopened and never registered to an account, be returned in its entirety, including retail packaging and any accessories that were included in the purchase. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase and a copy of the receipt must be included with the return. Refunds will not be issued until item(s) have been received and inspected. Please note that any damaged caused by mishandling, improper installation or product defacement will result in your return being denied and the product being returned to you. Shipping cost of returns are to be covered by you and we recommend using a tracked service.

Returns and refunds after 14 days are subject to our discretion and will be reviewed per order. We cannot issue refunds for item(s) purchased from our retail partners but can organise exchanges or replacements for faulty item(s).

We do not offer a price match service. All prices are subject to change without prior notice and no refunds will be given for discounted item(s) after purchase.
