We're excited to introduce a new  Toucan Smart Home App update designed to make protecting your home even smarter, simpler and more intuitive.

As part of this update, we've added new AI-powered features and improvements across the app, including several enhancements now available to all Toucan members at no extra cost.

What's New for All Toucan Members

A New Toucan AI Hub

Managing your AI settings is now easier than ever. You can now find all AI-related controls in one simple place within the new Toucan AI section of the app.

You'll also benefit from new Snooze All and Do Not Disturb All controls, giving you greater flexibility over your notifications by allowing you to control multiple Toucan devices with one click.

Smarter AI Features Across Supported Devices

We've expanded AI human detection across supported Toucan devices to improve detection accuracy and help reduce unnecessary alerts.

It's now easier to tailor your notifications by:

• Turning off general motion detection
• Keeping human detection enabled

This gives you more control over the alerts you receive and helps reduce unnecessary notifications.

Enhanced AI Detection on Toucan S5

Our newest camera, the Toucan S5, now supports person, vehicle and animal detection for all members.

These detections are combined into one simple AI toggle for all your Toucan devices in one click, making setup quicker and easier while delivering more intelligent notifications.

When enabled, you'll receive clearer alerts such as:

• "Person detected"
• "Vehicle detected"
• "Animal detected"

You'll also see improved event labels in your activity feed so you can instantly understand what triggered an alert.

For members currently on the free plan looking for more advanced protection and control, AI+PRO unlocks powerful new features designed to help you stay connected to what matters most. One subscription covers all your Toucan devices.
