Can't believe its Free to use!

I can't believe all the features I get for free when I was being charged for with the other brands. The quality of the picture is amazing, morning and night, it was so simple to set up, I was up and running in less than 5 minutes. It caught a fox in the garden which the other camera never captured.

FAQ

How long does the Wireless Security Camera PRO record for?

By default, it will record up to 30 seconds per clip, up to three clips in a row (followed by a brief cool down to preserve the battery). AI+PRO and AI+ELITE subscribers can adjust the clip length to 60 or 90 seconds.

How long do you need to charge the Wireless Security Cam Pro?

Depending on the power output of the USB plug you connect it to, anywhere from 2 to 6 hours for a full charge.

There is a siren that goes off when I take down my camera! How do I stop it?

That is our anti-theft alarm, designed to alert you whenever the camera is unmounted. Don't worry, you can disable it if you want to in the Toucan app.

Does the Toucan PRO camera require a subscription?

No.

The PRO Camera works with the free Toucan Smart Home app, which does not require a subscription.
Features like live view, motion detection alerts, and motion recordings are all included for free.

Any recordings from the camera will be viewable and downloadable for 24 hours from the time of creation.

Can I share access with family members?

Yes, you can share access with one other person at no additional cost via the Toucan app. Your shared user will need to set up their own account. Head to Settings & Shared Devices within the app to share your device.

If you need to share with more than one other person, take a look at our Toucan Shield plan optional upgrades.
